Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TableOS web application and related services ("Services") operated by TableOS. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Security

When registering a restaurant account, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are fully liable for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Permissible Use

You agree to use TableOS solely for lawful hospitality, dining, and front-of-house operations. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
• Attempt to bypass security measures, device trial limits, or subscription authorizations.
• Input unauthorized or malicious content into customer queue records.

3. Subscription & Evaluation Trials

New restaurant accounts receive a 30-day evaluation trial with core features enabled. Following trial completion, continuing access requires selecting an active subscription plan. Multiple accounts registered to bypass evaluation limits are strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TableOS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability or merchantability. In no event shall TableOS be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
